Crispin: The Cross of Lead

Started 07.05.21 • Finished 07.14.21

"It is the story of a boy declared a wolf's head, wrongly accused, fled, learned his name, made a friend, and found out he was part of a wealthy family. He gets help (and later helps) a man named Bear. They traveled together and were good to each other. Crispin learned that his father, Lord Furnival, had died and that he had again been wrongly accused (on purpose because Lady Furnival didn't want any other members of her family taking her place) for murdering Lord Furnival (who had really died from sickness). Crispin proves they are wrong and says he will never take Lady Furnival's place. Five stars."
